Thanks for stopping by. I’m Brittany! I’m a freelance travel writer, and I’m looking forward to working with you.
I didn’t get to experience travel until I was 18 and in my first year of college. I was a burgeoning bilingual by that point and could not pass up the opportunity to spend a few months in Spain, putting my language skills to the test. I had no idea at the time how much that journey would change my life. When I reluctantly returned home, I knew two things to be true: I had to travel as often as possible, and I had to share my passion for language and culture with others.
That journey first led me to education and teaching. In this role, I knew I could make an impact and inspire a new generation of travelers and bilingual professionals. And that’s exactly what I did. In my role as a teacher, I educated, nurtured, and inspired thousands of diverse groups of teenagers to learn second languages and travel the world. I was so proud of the impact I had during my time in education I decided to use my talents and skills to jump into another industry I was passionate about — writing.

I hold three degrees, I am bilingual, and I continue to learn new things and grow every day. My background in education has helped me to master the art of hooking an audience and holding their attention while guiding them to the finish line.
